Michael Robinson, Owner & Operator
A born entrepreneur, Michael started On The List Catering & Events in 2008. He grew up in the restaurant industry as his father was a restaurateur. He has over 15 years of food industry experience, and truly enjoys creating dishes that are new and creative. On The List donates thousands of dollars of service and man time to local charities because Michael believes, as a business owner, it’s the business community’s responsibility to give back. In 2010, Michael launched his first restaurant in Chattanooga, TN.
Sarah Love, Head Chef
Sarah Love graduated from Notre Dame High School in Chattanooga, Tennessee in 2004. She knew from a young age exactly what she wanted to do, become a chef. Sarah applied to several Culinary Schools and was accepted into her top choices. It took her no time at all to choose, Johnson and Wales University. It had a reputation to be the best of the best in culinary programs. In September of 2004 Sarah moved to Charlotte, North Carolina to begin her adventure in cooking. Sarah excelled in college, maintaining honor roll status, and developed a vast knowledge and passion for cooking. She knew that she had chosen the right career path. Sarah was able to put her training into practice as a chef and manager of a Wine Bar in Charlotte while owning and operating her own Personal Chef business. In 2010, Sarah reunited with life-long friend Michael Robinson in Chattanooga and became the Executive Chef at On The List Catering. She has added a new taste to the catering scene in Chattanooga and is always excited to try out new dishes for our clients. Sarah focuses on fresh, local and classic dishes with a twist. Never afraid to try something once, she has developed an ever changing menu for On The List that keeps our clients coming back for more.
Tyler Garvey, Business Manager
Tyler Garvey has a wide variety of experience in the food service industry. From serving and bar-tending to managing, food preparation and grilling, Tyler has had a taste of it all. After graduating from Lee University in 2008 with a degree in business administration, he joined the On The List staff as the Business Manager. Tyler is responsible for the daily operations of the company and organizing catered events.
